My stay at the hotel was fantastic. The rooms were excellent, with spacious balconies offering a partial view of mount Vesuvius. They were equipped with a cozy couch and chair, a large TV, a well-stocked mini bar, and a large comfortable bed. Everything was very clean and quiet.
The hotel is conveniently located right next to Napoli Centrale, which is fantastic for exploring the city. The rooms, although not matching the booked ones, were comfortable with a lovely shower and bath tub. The service, while a bit Miserable at times, was overall pleasant with available amenities like room service and laundry. The hotel's location, though bustling and close to major attractions, can feel sketchy due to the presence of street locals and aggressive individuals. The dining experience, while lacking variety, offered gourmet pizzas. Overall, the hotel provides a mix of positives and negatives for a stay in Napoli.
I must say, my stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. While the rooms were clean and comfy, the noise from the busy road outside and the tiny shower were a bit bothersome. The service was not as helpful as I expected, but the convenient location near the train station made it easy to get around. The dining options were decent but not outstanding. Overall, it was a mix of pros and cons.
The hotel had rooms that were 'ridiculously small even for one person' with no storage space and limited heating or cooling options. However, the cooked breakfast at 9.30 was nice and clean, offering a good view of Vesuvius. The service was professional and helpful, especially during my recent surgery, but there were instances of loud conversations and lack of consideration for guests' comfort. The location, though a bit rough and dirty, was great for exploring Naples and easily accessible from Napoli Garibaldi Station. The dining options weren't impressive, and the facilities were basic. Low value for money due to noisy surroundings and safety concerns.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The offer to upgrade to a junior suite was tempting, but the room overlooked a very busy and loud road, making it less relaxing. The Piazza nearby was also noisy, which affected my stay. However, the room itself was comfortable and well-appointed.
I couldn't have asked for a better location with the hotel being right next to the central station, making travel so convenient. The rooms were modern, comfortable, and kept clean to a nice standard. Service was efficient and pleasant, with some exceptional gestures during late hours. Dining offered a good variety with proper amenities. The facilities were well-maintained, making my stay enjoyable overall.
